Hey kids and kids at heart! Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own gingerbread house? All materials will be provided. Limited to first 25 people pre-registered & pre-paid

Fee: $5.00 per participant for residents & $7.00 for non-residents. Pre-registration required.

“Amahl and the Night Visitors” 7pm

St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 108 Dry Street, Southport

A one act opera about a poor shepherd boy and his mother’s encounter with the Three Kings, on their way to pay homage to the Christ child. Written by: Gian Carlo Menotti.  Directed by: Pat Pittenger and Stuart Callari.  Musical Director:  Debbie Skillman. Reception for donors immediately following the performance at Fort Johnston

Santa Calling-North Pole Hotline
Boiling Spring Lakes Community Center, #1 Leeds Road, BSL

Children will receive a telephone call from Santa or one of his elves. Forms available at the Community Center. Forms must be returned by deadline. Calling will begin at 6pm.

BC Motorcycle Enthusiasts 15th Annual Toy Run 8:30am Poker Run Signup.

Wal-Mart, Shallotte – 10am Begin Run.

75 mile run. All Motorcycles and Classic Cars Welcome. Raffle for 2008 Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Raffle Tickets $50 each limited to 600 tickets. Available at Sign Shoppe, Hwy. 17 Supply and Royal Coach Motorworks, N. Howe Street, Southport. Toy Run T-Shirt sponsorship available from $50 through $350. Sponsorship deadline: 11/17.

Come join the fun and let your dog Christmas! Your dog can come and shop for you a Christmas gift and you won't even know what it is. Gifts are wrapped and placed in the park. The gift our dog goes to is the Christmas gift you receive.
